Zenobia is a Global HR & Transformation Leader with nearly 20 years of experience driving organisational transformations and Talent strategy across EMEA and global markets. Her career spans senior HR leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected organisations — including Philips, Johnson & Johnson, Whirlpool/Beko and AstraZeneca — where she has led large-scale transformations spanning leadership renewal, culture change, and workforce integration. A passionate champion of inclusive leadership, she has designed and scaled talent initiatives reaching hundreds of leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — driven by a deep belief in uplifting leaders and organisations to unlock their fullest potential.
