Vivian Page

Vivian Page is Stemilt’s human capital executive who holds a passion for fostering company culture, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a sustainable and skilled workforce. She guides the human capital team to position Stemilt forward on its journey of cultivating people and delighting consumers through excellence.

Since 2021, Vivian has served as the Vice President of Human Capital at Stemilt where her leadership spans across the company’s orchard, packing, and administrative operations, encompassing the critical Human Capital and Safety and Security functions. Her commitment lies in promoting sustainability and creating a “World Famous” experience for all Stemilt employees.

Coming to Stemilt after a 23 year-long journey at TalkingRain Beverage Co., she played an instrumental role in bringing the company to prominence in the beverage industry with the sparkling water brand, Sparkling ICE.

Vivian is also an Alumna of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley and has spent many years living in the Northwest and travelling internationally.
