Sheilesha Willis

Dr. Sheilesha Willis holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and is a Certified Executive Coach. With over 15 years of experience, she has led talent development initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs while overseeing large organizational transformations during high-growth periods at technology companies and Fortune 500 organizations, including AECOM, Robinhood, and Aurora Solar.

Her expertise is in coaching executives to build high-performing cultures by guiding them through the process of identifying and leveraging their strengths, building high-performance teams, and advancing access, inclusion, and learning within their organizations. Dr. Willis uses human-centered, strengths-based leadership development approaches to unlock excellence in both individuals and teams. Other areas of focus include change management, strategic workforce planning, People operations, M&A, and global well-being and social impact programs.
