Rui Bashir is a Global HR Leader for a Fortune 500 company who measures his impact by what others go on to achieve. He has held senior HR roles at Vale, BIC, and Carrier, leading people strategy across multiple regions, building leadership capability in emerging markets, and driving organizational transformation through complex integrations.
