Nicola Maiden

Nicky joined Sequa/Chromalloy in 2020 where she has responsibility for Talent Management, Learning and Development. Passionate about supporting and developing technical specialists
to reach their potential and meaningfully impact the world around them, she applies her expertise to design and lead development programs that support others to develop their careers and thrive. Highly motivated to achieve successful people outcomes for organizations through confident, relevant leaders, engaged, productive & agile workforce; and a clear culture and people brand that works to attract and retain talent both for current and future needs.

Prior to joining Chromalloy, Nicky held the following positions:
– Global Leadership Development Consultant for Bombardier
Transportation, responsible for development of Top 150 Global Leaders, based in Berlin, Germany.
– Head of Organizational Development for Federated Hermes, a global leader in active multi-asset investing, London & New York
– Roles in Management Consulting Ernst & Young and PwC, and Broker in Oil & Gas Industry for Marsh.
