Jamal White is the Global HR Director and Equality & Inclusion Leader at P&G Gillette, where he leads global people strategies that impact over 10,000 employees across one of the world’s most iconic consumer goods brands. Jamal’s work drives cultural and organizational transformation at scale—building inclusive, high-performing teams that power growth and innovation across the grooming and beauty industries.

A strategic partner to senior executives, Jamal specializes in strategy development, talent management, org design, and change management within CPG and retail. Jamal has helped reverse business decline in two major categories, using people strategy as a lever for market turnaround. His focus is not only on performance, but on embedding authenticity, equity, and resilience into the core of how teams work.

Jamal started his journey as a first-generation college student turned Student Body President at the University of Northern Iowa, after moving from the south side of Chicago to rural Iowa—an early experience that shaped his commitment to equity and leadership. Jamal later deepened his expertise through Harvard Business School Online, earning a Certificate of Specialization in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and completing the “Leading Change and Organizational Renewal” program.

Outside of work, Jamal is a steadfast advocate, aspiring life coach, and global traveler who helps people and brands grow by connecting more authentically with the world.
