Hyren Peterson is a Global HR Director and Future of Work architect with over a decade of experience leading people transformation across some of the world’s most complex organisations, including Unilever, A.P. Moller – Maersk, and Coty. Born in South Africa and now based in Amsterdam, Hyren has worked across Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond, bringing a rare blend of strategic rigour and deep human empathy to every room they enter.

From building leadership pipelines in the Philippines, to shaping DEI strategies in Singapore, to driving a €2.2M workforce transformation in Southern Africa, Hyren’s work has always sat at the intersection of people, culture, and business impact. Currently serving as Global HR Director at Coty and PMO to the Chief People and Purpose Officer, Hyren leads transformation that is both measurable and meaningful.
