Gerry is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience in large and small organisations across private and public sectors. Gerry’s extensive background in learning, training, and change management spans a diverse range of industries, including real estate, banking, telecommunications, and education.

Gerry holds a Master’s Degree in Learning Science and Technology from the University of Sydney and is currently studying a Master of Business Administration (Innovation and Leadership) at Ducere Global Business School/Torrens University.
