Georgia Donaldson

Georgia Donaldson is an HR consultant, leadership, trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping organisations strengthen their people practices. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Options, a boutique HR consultancy.

Georgia served in senior HR positions in shipping, the legal fraternity, financial services and manufacturing. A certified Mediator and Behavioural Coach, Georgia holds the SHRM-SCP designation, a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies. She also brings extensive experience as a regional presenter, known for delivering engaging sessions for diverse audiences.

Georgia co-hosts the podcast The Leader’s Edge and authored the Journal, Each Day I Lead. She is the President of the Farquharson Institute of Public Affairs (FIPA Global). Georgia is a past director of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago (HRMATT), the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad & Tobago (AFETT) and Girls of Impact TT and continues to serve those organisations.
