Garvey Mcintosh

Garvey McIntosh is the Senior Director of International Government Relations at Axiom Space, where he leads the strategy and execution of partnerships with government agencies worldwide. Before joining Axiom, he spent over two decades at NASA, most notably serving as NASA’s Asia Representative at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, where he coordinated space programs across the Asia–Pacific region and negotiated key agreements with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and other partners. Garvey holds a graduate degree in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and an undergraduate degree in Communications from Northeastern University in Boston. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in fostering international collaboration in space exploration and advancing strategic global partnerships.
