Dr. Zakir Malik is a seasoned global HR strategist and transformational business leader with more than 25 years of multi-industry experience spanning the Middle East, Africa, India, and other international markets. He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Human Resources Officer and Group HR Director for leading conglomerates in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Retail, Facilities Management, Renewable Energy, Cement, Trading, and Academia overseeing workforces exceeding 35,000 employees across multiple jurisdictions. His leadership journey includes successful tenures with Oasis Investments – AL Shirawi Group, Azizi Development, Sanghi Cement, Suzlon Energy, Noble Group and lead high performing teams of up to 90 plus team members, spread across multiple
countries.

Recognized for shaping high-performance cultures and building future-ready organizations, he has led enterprise-wide transformations covering organizational restructuring, M&A integrations, culture evolution, employee wellbeing and HR technology modernization. His leadership has enabled organizations to secure six consecutive Great Place to Work recognitions and achieve measurable impact through initiatives such as one of the fastest Oracle Cloud HR migrations in the MENA region, multi-million-dirham productivity improvements, and innovation platforms generating sustained value.
