Dr. Nara Ringrose

Dr. Nara Ringrose is a senior HR executive with an impressive track record of success in engineering, energy, pharmaceuticals, retail and education sectors. She specialises in developing and executing HR strategies that align with organisational goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.

Currently, Nara serves as the Head of People and Organisational Development at Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. She is a Chartered Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Fellow of the UK Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI). Additionally, she holds an Executive HR certification from the Canadian HR Association and contributes to the British Standard Institute HR & Human Capital Committee.
