She currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at PushBlack, where she leads with a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.

As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Dieneria also holds a Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential from SHRM and a Succession Planning & Talent Development certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR, including policy development, talent strategy, compliance, and employee retention.
