Desirée Lleras is an accomplished Learning and Leadership Development leader with nearly 25 years of experience spanning technology, healthcare, and higher education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Education from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Keiser University. Throughout her career, she has harnessed the power of technology to design innovative learning solutions, scale global initiatives, and prepare workforces for the demands of a rapidly evolving digital economy. She is passionate about building equitable career pathways, removing barriers to education, and creating impactful, real-world learning experiences. As an Industry Advisory Board Member for Kennedy University, Desirée brings her expertise in leveraging technology to connect education with opportunity and to equip students for success in the modern workforce.
