Daniela Scopizzi

Daniela Scopizzi is a resilient and strategic HR executive with extensive experience across diverse industries, including aged care, retail, hospitality, transport, and logistics. Currently serving as Head of HR – Seniors Living at Anglicare Sydney, Daniela leads complex workforce strategies, enterprise agreement negotiations, and cultural transformation initiatives for a workforce of over 5,000 employees.

With a proven track record in industrial relations, organizational change, and HR technology implementation, Daniela has successfully delivered major projects such as the rollout of Workday Core HR, acquisition integrations, and enterprise agreement restructures. Her leadership has driven measurable outcomes, from reduction in workers compensation premiums, to reduced turnover.

Daniela’s career spans senior roles at DHL Supply Chain, Club Marconi, Bunnings, and Gloria Jeans Coffees, where she consistently demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, compliance, and performance management. She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Western Sydney. Daniela recently completed her Executive MBA at Kennedy University, USA.
