Dana Kellerman

Dana Kellerman is a respected executive leader with deep expertise in operational strategy and human resources. Since 2023, Dana has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at OnPoint Group, the leading provider of facility maintenance, loading docks, doors, and material handling solutions. OnPoint Group is part of Harvest Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.
Known for her strategic vision and operational excellence, Dana has led the development and execution of transformative go-to-market strategies across all facets of HR—including compliance, organizational design, and employee relations. Her leadership has earned her recognition as one of the Top 10 Most Influential HR Executives in Business and among the Top 5 International HR Executives Impacting Change in Healthcare.

Prior to joining OnPoint Group, Dana spent 16 years at GE, where she held various leadership roles in Operations and HR. She also served as COO and CHRO for both a psychiatry startup and a health system, where she played a pivotal role in driving service growth and crafting a compelling employee value proposition—efforts that led to Best in Class and Top Workplace Certifications.
Dana is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures and empowering employees to thrive. She is a LEAN Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, and holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
