Imola Richards

Imola Richards is a globally experienced HR executive and transformation leader with more than 20 years of international experience across organisational development, talent strategy, leadership, and cultural transformation. Currently serving as Group Head of HR at Beck & Pollitzer, she leads the company’s people strategy, supporting organisational transformation, leadership capability building, and the development of a high-performing, engaged culture across global teams.

Before joining Beck & Pollitzer, Imola held senior HR leadership roles within South Pole, a global climate solutions business. Previously, she spent 17 years at GE, where she led talent and organisational development, and M&A integration initiatives across Europe and global operations. Her strengths include leading large-scale organisational transformations, developing award-winning leadership and learning programmes, supporting complex international integrations, and shaping global HR strategies during critical periods of industry change.

Alongside her HR leadership career, Imola is deeply committed to education and community development, serving as a One Young World Ambassador and Co-Director of the Hungarian School Cambridge, UK. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees in languages and cultural management and has been recognised for both her professional and community contributions.
