Jason Lawrence

Jason is an experienced people and culture professional with a comprehensive background in leadership and culture development, talent and succession and operating model redesign. He is currently the Director of Education & Organisational Development at the largest Local Health District in New South Wales (Australia). Throughout his career, Jason has focused on delivering significant change to people and organisations, shifting the way leaders think about their workforce and culture and redesigning the way organisations create and deliver value for their stakeholders and customers.

Jasons experience includes 10+ years in management consulting with numerous public, private and not-for-profit organisations as well as a number of the ASX #20.
